During these 7 days we will be daily connecting with our angels and doing self healing meditations, intentions and journaling exercises.

Astrologers believe you should take extra care during this time — don't buy a new phone, computer or car (lest it turn into a lemon), take extra care to protect your electronics (keep your phone in its case, be sure to keep your water bottle far away from your computer), double check your flight times, don't sign any business deals and avoid relationship-defining conversations"
Tips for a peaceful Mercury retrograde. Take a deep breath; this won't last forever. Take time for extra relaxation and therapeutic activities. Slow down, take your time and pay attention to details. Be aware of your intuition to be one step a head. Stay grounded, present and aware.
Be present with where you need to be at each moment and with what your soul needs! I am going on a healing day retreat, taking time for exercise and meditation and I am also taking time for art and all types of creativity. I also got some new healing books and meditations. Being present and doing one thing at a time is very important.
Remember you are a work in progress and self love is one of your greatest tools!

Take a moment to connect with the vibe of Mercury Retrograde. Ask your angels to surround you with love, peace and higher awareness. Open your heart to your guardian angels and any other angels that would like to assist you.
This can be a time of heavy energy. A time to take inventory and look deeper. Be honest about what is working in your life and what isn't. Face your stuff and open your heart to the divine. What do you need to bring light to? Mercury shows us where our soul needs to be aligned more with the true harmony of the universe.
Call in your angels and intending to have a graceful and even blessed Mercury retrograde. Open your heart to your angels and feel their presence. Meditate on the following questions and journal: What do my angels want me to know about Mercury Retrograde? How can I deal what with the energies of Mercury Retrograde with grace? What action steps can I take to feel great during this time? What inner truths do I need to face? How can I be more in tune with the harmony of my soul and my true path in life? Day 2 of Angel Healing for Mercury Retrograde!
Take a moment to connect with your angels and your higher self. Today we will be focusing on self love and self care.
Affirmations
I love myself. Everything I feel is ok. I take time to nurture myself. I care for my inner child. I take time for play and fun. I listen to my needs. I make space for myself in my life.
Call in your angels and intend to be committed to self love and self care during Mercury Retrograde.
Open your heart to your angels and feel their presence today. Connect with the parental energies within your being. Divine Mother and Father. Meditate on self parenting. Giving yourself all of the support, love and encouragement that you could ever need. You can also imagine angel parents. This helps if your parents have passed or if you don't have loving parents.
Meditate the following questions and journal:
How can I love myself more during this time?
What self care activities would I like?
What is my body asking for? My mind? My spirit?
Is there anywhere that I am being drawn to go?
Day 3 of Angel Healing for Mercury Retrograde!
Take a moment to connect with your angels and your higher self. Today we will be focusing on life review and making peace.
Affirmations
I am at peace with everyone and everything. I forgive. I bless. I release the past. I learn from the past.
Call in your angels to assist you in reviewing your life and making peace with any harsh memories.
Open your heart to your angels and feel their presence today. See the angels blessing you with luck and higher perception. Shift your perspective to see everything as an opportunity to learn and grow. Everything as an opportunity to open to more inner peace and pure love.
Meditate on the following questions and journal:
How can I make peace with harsh experiences? Pick 5 major ones from your life to meditate on. How did these things make you feel? Can you bring healing and inner peace? Forgiveness and higher perspective?
What are you happiest memories? How can you bring more of that vibe into your life?
Day 4 of Angel Healing for Mercury Retrograde!
Take a moment to connect with your angels and your higher self. Today we will be focusing on family and ancestry healing.
Affirmations
I am at peace with my family. I send love to my ancestral line. I can thrive within my family. I consciously evolve my ancestral line.

Open your heart to your angels and feel their presence today. See the angels blessing your family right now and opening everyones heart and blessing all. Releasing karma, helping to create deep understanding, co-creation and joy. Releasing all resentment and misunderstandings, bringing higher understanding and discernment. Asking the angels to bring more peace and heavenly consciousness to this topic.
Meditate on the following questions and journal:
How can I bring more peace, love and understanding to my family? Who and what do I need to make peace with? Do I need to forgive? Communicate? Set boundaries?
What needs to be healed in my ancestral line? How can my ancestral line awaken to wholeness, peace and higher consciousness?
What family issues seem to be coming up during mercury retrograde? Remember mercury retrograde will bring problems to the surface for healing and evolution.

Take a moment to connect with your angels and your higher self. Today we will be focusing on Life Purpose and Soul Purpose

Open your heart to your angels and feel their presence today. See the angels blessing your life purpose. Releasing karma, helping to bring in a higher level of confidence and understanding regarding it. Releasing all confusion about who you are and your soul mission on earth. Asking the angels to bring more peace and heavenly consciousness to this topic.
Meditate on the following questions and journal:
How can I live the passion of my life purpose?
What action steps can I take to ignite the force of my soul purpose?
How can I embrace my life purpose more? How can I be at peace with it and clear about it?

Do you trust people? Do you feel like you belong? Are you drawn to be part of any groups?

Day 7 of Angel Healing for Mercury Retrograde!
Take a moment to connect with your angels and your higher self. Today we will be focusing on moving into a higher level of consciousness.
Affirmations:
I exist in peace and bliss. I am one with higher knowing.
Call in your angels to help you rise into a higher state of consciousness.
Open your heart to your angels and feel their presence today. See the angels guiding you to embodying a higher state of consciousness.
Identify and release the negative energy that you are getting stuck in that may be causing you suffering.
It may be:
A difficult situation or relationship,
A lingering fear or worry.
Negative beliefs about yourself or your life that are causing a lack of confidence.
Anything that is making your life feel like a burden
Meditate on the following questions and journal:
Make a list of issues that are stealing your inner peace. Can you dive deeper? Can you dissolve these issues through embodying a higher state of consciousness?
What does it feel like to embrace a higher state of knowing and perception? Are there times when you felt like you were in that state? Are there activities that you can do that bring you into a higher state of consciousness?
Examples: EFT, Meditation, prayer work, Coaching, Hypnosis, Theta healing, energy healing, belief re-patterning, healing hobbies etc.
